"Location of the property is excellent being in the centre of Ay and 3 minutes walk of the excellent Pressoria, and named Champagne houses. This is a large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a large sitting/dining area and separate kitchen. You have the option to park outside the property (no charge) or a private garage around the back. The beds are large and comfortable and the apartment is generally quiet. Wifi was easy to access and worked well. There are restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Overall it ticked our box in terms of our requirements."

"This is the perfect place if you stay in Ay or surrounding areas, it’s is 100% central to restaurants & bars, the host Nicolas was amazing and really helpful too 👍 The apartment is very spacious and well styles, very modern with beautiful French touches, we will surely come back again and not forgetting how comfortable the bed was 😍 I can highly recommend staying here!😀"
